One Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC) treatment for up to four joints, when clinically appropriate based on your orthopedic evaluation.
12 PRP Injections Per Year
Up to 12 Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections per year, structured as a series of three injections for up to four joints based on your individualized treatment plan.
12 One-on-One Physical Therapy Visits
Twelve individualized Physical Therapy sessions focused on strength, mobility, function, movement, and your personal activity goals.
12 Chiropractic Visits
Twelve Chiropractic visits designed to support mobility, joint function, movement mechanics, and overall musculoskeletal health.
Hormone Optimization Program
The program also includes:
