This is the first review I've ever written. I wanted to share the great experience I had seeing Dr. Spencer and later seeing Jon Elbert the physical therapist. Both were very knowledgeable, attentive, and had great bedside manners. The staff were very friendly and took the time to communicate with me. I highly recommend Spencer Orthopedic.

Dr. Spencer is a very caring ortho doctor. Willing to listen to what I had to ask about. He did a total shoulder replacement for me a year ago and all went well. In fact, am hitting the golf ball further than I have for a couple of years. 😁

I had worsening pain and immobility in my right shoulder, and it turned out that I needed rotator cuff surgery. My great spine doc raved about Dr. Spencer, so I went to him, and he and his whole staff were truly wonderful, putting this pain-nambypamby at ease, and the procedure was executed with as little inconvenience and discomfort as is possible. I have had three post-ops now, and between the superb surgery work, and the intensive physical therapy in my own area, my shoulder is better than it's been in 40 years. He is a first-rate doc, in expertise and humanity, and his staff are cheery and helpful.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Minimal wait time to be called back to the exam room as well as for Dr. Spencer to come in. Dr. Spencer took time to explain my options after exam and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Never made me feel like he was in a rush to move on to the next patient or that he didn't have time for me...which is how many Dr.s are now a days.
